Emnet i denne uge handler om, hvordan vi ser fremtiden. Og frem for alt marketing i fremtiden.
Der bliver flere og flere steder talt om situationsbestemt segmentering frem for traditionel segmentering af målgruppen/målgrupperne. Der bliver talt nye medier, mobil, online communities og meget mere. Der bliver talt ”Information on Demand” og Location Based Communication. Vi vælter os i forandringer – og to vigtige faktorer i disse forandringer er teknologiske muligheder samt menneskers måde at agere på. Altså dynamiske og konstant udviklende faktorer, som tilsammen presser den måde, vi i dag som virksomheder kommunikerer på.
Men hvordan ser fremtiden så ud? Ja, jeg ved det desværre ikke med sikkerhed, men har da en masse idéer til, hvordan vi kan kombinere menneskers ændrede adfærd med de teknologiske muligheder. Et mindre komplekst eksempel: I et online community har du lige skrevet, at du foretrækker at shoppe i en bestemt butik. En time senere går du fordi netop den butik – og får en sms om, at du kan få f.eks. rabat inden for de næste 20 minutter, hvis du kigger ind.
Eller hvad?
Jeg vil meget gerne dele mine tanker med dig og høre dine tanker. Hvordan forestiller du dig, at vi i fremtiden kan udnytte de teknologiske muligheder til at kommunikere mere relevant og interessant med forbrugerne? Og hvordan kan vi involvere dem i kommunikationen frem for at henstille dem til at være passive tilskuere?
